What we handle

When the shipment is holding everything else up

A grounded aircraft. A hospital imaging unit that's down. A production line waiting on one component. The cost of waiting is rarely about the freight.

Time-critical parts and equipment Roughly half the book — and the reason the work pays what it does

Time-Critical Parts

Aerospace AOG, medical and diagnostic equipment, business-systems hardware.

Expedited & Hot Shot

Direct, single-custody runs when the schedule has already slipped.

Next Flight Out

Booked to the next available flight and tendered by credentialed drivers.

Same-Day

Ordered this morning, delivered this afternoon, across the region.

Specialty and general freight The movements most carriers would rather not take on

Dangerous Goods & Cold Chain

Regulated and temperature-sensitive shipments, moved under documented procedure. Ask us about your commodity and class.

Large & Oversized

Palletized freight, crated equipment, and machinery — up to a full box truck.

Airline Tender & Recovery

Tendered under the security program of record, with full documentation.

Dedicated & Customised

Round-trip, wait-and-return, white glove, and scheduled lanes built around you.

Where we run

Northern Virginia, and well past it

We're based in Northern Virginia and cover the wider Mid-Atlantic. Close enough for short-notice work, and set up for the long runs when the lane calls for it.

Air cargo

Credentialed to tender, not just to drive

Getting freight to the airport is the easy half. Handing it over cleanly — at the right building, to the right handler, with the paperwork that closes the file — is where most collections go wrong.

  • Drivers hold STA or TWIC credentials, so tender happens without an escort.
  • Tender receipt number captured at handover and written to the job record.
  • Dulles, Reagan National, and BWI, plus the forwarder warehouses around them.
  • Recovery runs as well as outbound — inbound freight collected and moved on.
Our own technology

We built the dispatch system we run on

Most carriers our size run on phone calls and a spreadsheet. We wrote our own dispatch platform and driver application, and every job moves through it. That is why the evidence exists without anyone having to go and find it afterwards.

  • Live status from the driver, not a call to ask where the vehicle is.
  • Timestamps recorded as they happen — so wait time is evidenced, not argued.
  • Photos and signature captured in the app and attached to the job record.
  • Driver safety built in — an SOS the dispatcher sees immediately.

Equipment

The right vehicle for the shipment

Most time-critical work moves in a van. Some of it doesn't. We size the vehicle to the freight rather than sending whatever happens to be free, because a component that arrives damaged is no better than one that arrives late.

  • Cargo van — the default for parts, documents, and small palletized freight.
  • Box truck — for oversized crates, machinery, and multi-pallet loads.
  • Liftgate and pallet-jack handling where the site has no dock.
  • Cold chain and dangerous goods — subject to commodity and class; ask us.

Vehicle photography on this site is illustrative. Our own equipment list and photographs are provided at onboarding.

Why we get called back

Close, accountable, and on the record

Built for short notice

We're in the region, not routed through a national hub. That matters when the window is measured in hours.

Evidence on every job

GPS trail, timestamped status chain, driver photos, and proof of delivery. When something is questioned, it's settled on record rather than recollection.

One accountable contact

You deal with the person running dispatch, not a queue. No handoff chain, no ticket number.

Quality management

A documented way of working

We maintain a documented quality management system covering driver qualification, cargo handling, chain of custody, and proof of delivery — structured for ISO 9001:2015 compatibility. Documentation is available on request or during onboarding.

Quality & compliance

Common questions

Frequently asked

How quickly can you pick up?

It depends on where the pickup is and who's free. Tell us the deadline up front and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it — we'd rather turn a job down than miss a window you were counting on.

How large a shipment can you take?

Anything from a single hand-carried component up to a box-truck load, including palletized freight and crated equipment. Tell us dimensions and weight and we'll confirm what we can put on it.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Northern Virginia and cover Washington DC, Maryland, and adjoining states as assignments require. We serve IAD, DCA, and BWI.

Do you handle dangerous goods?

Yes, though what we can accept depends on the class and how it is packaged. Tell us what you're shipping and we'll confirm before you book rather than guess — we would rather turn a shipment down than take one we are not set up to carry. The relevant certification and training records for that work are available on request.

Can you deliver to military bases and government facilities?

Yes. Our drivers hold TSA Security Threat Assessments or TWICs, and their qualification files include the citizenship documentation and background checks these sites ask for. Access is granted by the receiving facility under its own procedures.

Are you insured?

We carry cargo, auto liability, and general liability coverage at the levels our work requires. A current certificate of insurance is available on request, and we can name a certificate holder where your onboarding needs it.

What are your hours?

Dispatch runs seven days a week, with after-hours support for shipments already in transit.

Have something that can't wait?

Tell us the lane and we'll come back with a quote the same day.

Ready when you are

Tell us the deadline. We'll tell you straight.

Send the pickup, the drop, and the time it has to be there. If we can make it, you'll get a price and a driver. If we can't, we'll say so rather than waste your afternoon.
