Short version: we don't track you, we don't use analytics, and we don't share what you send us. This page explains exactly what happens to any information you provide.
Midpoint Xpress LLC ("MPX", "we", "us") is a freight courier based in Northern Virginia, United States. This policy covers the website at midpointxpress.com. Questions about it go to info@midpointxpress.com.
Browsing the site collects nothing about you personally. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no social media tracker, and no third-party script of any kind. All fonts and images are served from our own hosting, so no request about your visit is sent to any outside company.
If you submit the contact form, we receive what you type into it — which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, pickup and delivery locations, and any details you add about the shipment. We only ask for what we need to quote and run the job.
To stop the form being flooded, and to notice if it ever wrongly rejects someone, we keep two short technical records. Neither contains your name, your email address, or anything you typed into the message.

they have been blocked, so without this a genuine enquiry could be turned away with
nobody ever knowing. Deleted automatically after 7 days.These are hashes, not addresses — we cannot read them back as an IP address, and we do not try to. They exist to keep the form working and are never used to identify you, never linked to your enquiry, and never shared.
Our web host keeps standard server logs. Like every website, the server records requests it receives, including IP address, browser type, page requested, and timestamp. These are generated by the hosting platform for security and diagnostics, are not linked to form submissions by us, and are not used to build any profile of you.
This site sets no cookies.
We store one item in your browser's local storage, named
mpx_notice, which records that you dismissed the privacy notice so it doesn't
reappear on every page. It contains no personal information and is never transmitted to us
or anyone else. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and perform the transport, and keep the records that go with it. We do not use contact details for marketing lists, and we do not send bulk email.
Form submissions are emailed to our own inbox. They are read by the people at MPX who need them to respond to you.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own purposes. Information is disclosed outside MPX only where it is necessary to perform the job you asked us to do — for example, giving a delivery contact name to the assigned driver — or where we are required to by law.
Our email and website hosting are provided by our hosting company, which necessarily processes messages in transit and at rest on our behalf.
Enquiries that don't become jobs are kept only as long as they're useful, and are deleted when they are not. Records relating to shipments we actually performed are retained under our internal record-retention policy, which is set by the commercial and legal requirements that apply to freight records.
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our systems is restricted to authorised people and protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the handling of customer information seriously and it is governed by our internal confidentiality and data-handling policy.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@midpointxpress.com and we'll deal with it. We may need to keep certain records where we're legally required to.
If you'd rather not use the form at all, just email us directly — it reaches the same place.
This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how any of this works — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
