Two lines of work in roughly equal volume: time-critical parts and equipment, and specialty freight. Both run on the same discipline — the right vehicle, a credentialed driver, and a documented handover.
When a machine is down, the freight cost is almost never the number that matters. A grounded aircraft, a hospital imaging unit out of service, a production line waiting on one component — the cost of waiting sets the urgency, and it is rarely small.
The rest is scheduled and on-demand last-mile and mid-mile work, plus the specialist movements most carriers would rather not take on.
A meaningful share of this work goes to sites that will not simply let a driver through the gate.
Drivers are subject to identity and citizenship verification, and to search of both vehicle and person at the access point. Access is granted by the receiving facility under its own procedures.
Same requirement, same preparation. We confirm the access process before the driver is assigned, rather than discovering it at the gate.
We track which drivers qualify for which sites and assign accordingly, so a job does not go to a driver who would be turned away on arrival.
Send the pickup, the drop, and the time it has to be there. If we can make it, you'll get a price and a driver. If we can't, we'll say so rather than waste your afternoon.
